Requirements for Obtaining Umrah Visas 1. Pilgrims will be required to prove that they completed dose(s) of the COVID-19 Vaccine. It has been received at least 14 days prior to departure. Phyzer 2 doses and J&J single vaccination 2. PCR tests will be required 72hrs before entering Saudi Arabia and 72hrs prior to return to RSA at clients’ cost. 3. Round trip transportation is mandatory for all Umrah Pilgrims. 4. Accommodation for your complete stay in The Kingdom is required to be purchased via the online Ministry of Hajj & Umrah portals i.e., Maqam GDS. 5. Passengers will not be permitted to reserve their own accommodation online or using loyalty points. 6. All passengers are required to carry a smart phone for the duration of the trip. The Tawakalna & Eatmarna mobile application must be downloaded/activated within 8 hrs of arrival in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 7. These apps may be downloaded in your place of residence but can only be activated on arrival in the kingdom a Saudi sim card or international roaming is required to activate the app. 8. Each family member will require their own smart phone. 9. Only one umrah will be permitted & pre booked by our partners in The Kingdom. 10. No Tawaf will be permitted. 11. Pre booking of Salah slots for Makkah to be made on the Eatmarna app. 12. Pre booking will be required to pray in The Rawdah & for Salaam in Madinah. 13. Entry for all Salah in Masjid Nabawi is permitted without a pre booking. 14. Persons under the age of 18 years will not be eligible to apply for an Umrah visa. 15. Due to the non-refundable nature of The Ministry system all reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable, A full stay will be charged. 16. A fee will be levied for all refunds processed. Funds will only be credited once received from the Ministry Electronic system. 17. Pilgrims must commit to adhere to all health and covid protocols whilst in The Kingdom. 18. Tour operator shall not be considered in breach of this Contract to the extent that performance of their respective obligations (excluding payment obligations) is prevented by an Event of Force Majeure that arises after the Effective Date. 19. Tour operator & our partners in KSA cannot be held responsible for prayer slots not being available. 20. Limited medical insurance is provided with your Umrah Visa.
